65 Panasonic NanoeX air conditioners deployed in 2023,reaching ~473 people daily. Air purifiers donated to the 3rd Central Hospital,installed in Kindergarten #63,Gurvan Tamir School,British English School,and the International Middle School.
71 water alkalizers and 15 water softeners sold in 2023,providing ~344 people with safe drinking water. MizuMon brand officially registered. World Water Day public testing events held at River Tower and Khan-Uul E-Mart.
Sponsor of the Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival since 2019,ALMAZ Cinematographers' Festival,and the"Ambient Room"live music YouTube channel. Built Mongolia's first panoramic virtual room at Chinggis Khaan National Museum with Panasonic projectors and Dolby 7.1 sound.
Business Development Division launched agricultural R&D in 2023 — studying vegetable farming at theoretical and technological levels,completing trial cultivation with a successful first harvest. Land rehabilitation research including mining land restoration underway.
In 2023,46.8% of our workforce is female. Gender equality is embedded in our Internal Labor Regulations(Articles 11.1.1,11.2.3,11.3)and Ethics Code(Article 5.7). Women hold 14% of leadership,9% of executive management,63% of specialist/manager,and 14% of worker positions.
30 certified job categories across the group,with 4 new positions created in 2023. 72% of staff hold bachelor's degrees,11% hold master's. Salary structured across Ш-1 to Ш-4 levels. Zero child labor,zero forced labor. Workplace safety(ХАБЭА)regulations enforced with regular safety briefings.
Global Electronics sold 22,270 batteries and 1,458 coin cells in 2023,collecting 5 boxes of waste batteries through retail branches for proper recycling — never disposing directly into nature. Paper recycling and tree planting programs are being phased in across the group.
Our Ethics Committee — chaired by the Operations Director,with executives from each subsidiary — enforces anti-corruption provisions under Ethics Code Articles 5.5,5.6,5.9.4,5.9.6,5.9.10. All employees sign the Internal Labor Regulations and Ethics Code on their first day.
SDG #7:Panasonic energy-efficient air conditioning installed in every office room,with Air-E purifiers per 20m². Fujiiryoki massage chairs and Technics turntables in rest areas promote employee well-being. Panasonic TK7585E alkaline water systems for internal use.
