Since 2023,Global Negdel has formally adopted 13 of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals with 26 sub-targets — integrating them into internal policies,new business projects,and daily operations across all five subsidiaries.

SDG #3:Quality Air Project

65 Panasonic NanoeX air conditioners deployed in 2023,reaching ~473 people daily. Air purifiers donated to the 3rd Central Hospital,installed in Kindergarten #63,Gurvan Tamir School,British English School,and the International Middle School.

SDG #6:Clean Water &MizuMon

71 water alkalizers and 15 water softeners sold in 2023,providing ~344 people with safe drinking water. MizuMon brand officially registered. World Water Day public testing events held at River Tower and Khan-Uul E-Mart.

Sponsor of the Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival since 2019,ALMAZ Cinematographers' Festival,and the"Ambient Room"live music YouTube channel. Built Mongolia's first panoramic virtual room at Chinggis Khaan National Museum with Panasonic projectors and Dolby 7.1 sound.

SDG #2 &#15:Agriculture &Land

Business Development Division launched agricultural R&D in 2023 — studying vegetable farming at theoretical and technological levels,completing trial cultivation with a successful first harvest. Land rehabilitation research including mining land restoration underway.

Decent work &gender equality.

In 2023,46.8% of our workforce is female. Gender equality is embedded in our Internal Labor Regulations(Articles 11.1.1,11.2.3,11.3)and Ethics Code(Article 5.7). Women hold 14% of leadership,9% of executive management,63% of specialist/manager,and 14% of worker positions.

30 certified job categories across the group,with 4 new positions created in 2023. 72% of staff hold bachelor's degrees,11% hold master's. Salary structured across Ш-1 to Ш-4 levels. Zero child labor,zero forced labor. Workplace safety(ХАБЭА)regulations enforced with regular safety briefings.

Responsible consumption &anti-corruption.

Global Electronics sold 22,270 batteries and 1,458 coin cells in 2023,collecting 5 boxes of waste batteries through retail branches for proper recycling — never disposing directly into nature. Paper recycling and tree planting programs are being phased in across the group.

Our Ethics Committee — chaired by the Operations Director,with executives from each subsidiary — enforces anti-corruption provisions under Ethics Code Articles 5.5,5.6,5.9.4,5.9.6,5.9.10. All employees sign the Internal Labor Regulations and Ethics Code on their first day.

SDG #7:Panasonic energy-efficient air conditioning installed in every office room,with Air-E purifiers per 20m². Fujiiryoki massage chairs and Technics turntables in rest areas promote employee well-being. Panasonic TK7585E alkaline water systems for internal use.

SDG #4 &#10:Anti-discrimination provisions protect against discrimination by age,gender,disability,race,religion,or political affiliation(Ethics Code 4.1.4,5.2,5.7). Equal opportunity policies apply to all partners and clients(Article 7.2). Film festival winners receive free access to ARRI Alexa 35 cinema cameras — investing in Mongolia's creative future.

Global Negdel has been a committed long-term supporter of the Ulaanbaatar International Film Festival since 2018. Held every October,the festival is Mongolia's premier platform for cinematic excellence — showcasing award-winning international films while nurturing the next generation of Mongolian filmmakers,cinematographers,and creative professionals. Through Globalsmart Solution,the group provides ARRI Alexa 35 cinema cameras to festival winners,empowering emerging talent with world-class production tools and helping elevate Mongolia's film industry to international standards.

National Center for Maternal and Child Health — Video Conference System Donation
In partnership with Mongolia's National Center for Maternal and Child Health,Global Negdel donated a professional video conferencing system to support the hospital's remote communication and telemedicine capabilities. The system enables real-time consultations between specialists in Ulaanbaatar and healthcare providers in rural provinces — improving diagnostic accuracy,reducing patient transfer times,and extending specialist care to mothers and children across all 21 provinces. This initiative directly supports UN SDG #3(Good Health &Well-being)by leveraging technology to bridge the healthcare gap between urban and rural Mongolia.
Save the Earth — Used Battery Collection Program
Global Electronics LLC operates a continuous battery collection program across all retail branches and the group's central office. Used alkaline batteries and coin cells — which contain hazardous chemicals that can contaminate soil and groundwater — are collected in designated containers rather than discarded into general waste. In 2023 alone,the program collected 5 boxes of used batteries from over 22,270 batteries and 1,458 coin cells sold through the retail network. All collected batteries are handed over to certified waste processing organizations for safe disposal and recycling,ensuring they never reach Mongolia's fragile natural environment.
Better Water for Public School No. 93
Global Electronics LLC donated a MizuMon water purification system to Public School No. 93 of the Capital City as part of the group's corporate social responsibility program. Through this contribution,students,teachers,and staff now have daily access to clean,safe,and properly filtered drinking water — directly improving the health and well-being of the school community. We remain committed to supporting initiatives that promote a healthy and safe learning environment for children — the future leaders of our society — and will continue to carry out meaningful activities that align education with public health.
Air Conditioning for Neurosurgery ICU — National Trauma and Orthopedic Research Center
As part of Aircare LLC's corporate social responsibility efforts,Global Negdel Group donated a professional-grade air conditioning unit to the Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit of Mongolia's National Trauma and Orthopedic Research Center. Precise climate control in neurosurgery ICU environments is critical — stable temperature and air quality directly impact patient recovery outcomes,reduce infection risk,and support the demanding working conditions of surgical and critical care teams. This donation ensures that one of Mongolia's most vital healthcare facilities operates with the environmental standards its patients and staff deserve.
Air Conditioning for Pediatric Emergency Department — Songinokhairkhan District General Hospital
Aircare LLC,a Global Negdel Group subsidiary,donated an air conditioning system to the Pediatric Emergency Department of Songinokhairkhan District General Hospital. Children admitted to emergency care are among the most vulnerable patients — a properly climate-controlled environment is essential for their comfort,recovery,and the prevention of secondary infections. This contribution ensures that young patients receive treatment in a safe,temperature-regulated space,while also improving the daily working conditions for the dedicated medical professionals who care for them around the clock.
